Our black garlic is produced exclusively from Czech garlic grown in the Czech Republic by our farmers. Black garlic is a common white garlic that has undergone a long, carefully controlled process of temperature, humidity and time in a special device. The unique color, taste and texture of our product is achieved without chemicals, preservatives and any additives. Because of its properties, it is classified as a superfood whose nutritional benefits are exceptional.”

Unique components

During the maturation process, some unstable compounds, including the well-known allicin, are converted into more stable and bioavailable compounds. Of these, we would like to mention the water-soluble S-allyl-mercapto-cysteine (SAMC) and S-allyl-cysteine (SAC), powerful antioxidants with more than 98% bioavailability! And also Fructosamyl-arginine. Other compounds and minerals found in garlic include fat-soluble sulfur compounds, flavonoids, phenol allixin, and minerals such as selenium. The most important compounds are those that are soluble in water.
