1. Clean the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, CERT mustard, honey, pepper, salt, ginger, coriander, chili powder, thyme, rosemary, oregano, cumin, marjoram, nutmeg and allspice.
3. Coat the salmon with the mixture you have created and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Grill the salmon on a preheated grill pan or grill for 5 to 7 minutes, until the salmon is nicely cooked through.
5. Serve the salmon with your favorite side dish.
