1. In a bowl, mix coarse grain mustard, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and almonds.
2. Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Cut a 1 cm deep slit in each breast.
4. Spread the mustard mixture over each chicken breast.
5. Place the chicken breasts in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. The chicken breasts are done when the meat is tender and lightly golden.
7. Serve with your favourite side dish.
